The father from the giver is obedient because he tok the job of nurturer. He did not complain, he just accepted it and did the job. -
Caring
even though he did not choose his proffesion, he does it very well and looks out for the babies. he makes sure of the health of all the newborn before giving them to a family. -
He worries.
This job is not so easy, the responsibility of a newborn is on you, so he worries of the health of each and everyone of them. He worries of a baby not getting a chance to live, to have a family. -
Tries to save a baby.
this new baby was making trouble and the elders were thinking of releasing him. The father convinced them to give him more time. -
Gabriel
To help the baby get better he peaked the list of names and looked for the name of the baby who is called, Gabriel. He thinks that if he is called by his name hee will get more closure. -
New member
Gabriel was not getting better in the nurturing centro so the father took Gabriel to his house. He thought if he has him closer to be watched constantly he may get better. He took the baby in to treat him one on one. -
mostly obedient
Even though he has bended the rules, he is very obedient. In his job, twins are killed for looking alike. Even though it is wrong, he does it any way. He kills the one who weights less. -
obidient and caring
He lied to jonas about the release of newborn. He did not want Jonas know the cruelty done to the babies. Also, that was his rules, he cannot speak of it. -
Cares about his kids.
He takes care of Lily and Jonas,, He gives them advice of what to do and they are worried, he calms them. -
He plays with Gabriel.
When he takes in Gabriel to his home, he plays with him and bring him a little joy. He takes better care of him in the house than in the center because he is like another son to him, or at leat that is what it seems.
