    Was to accomplish three things relief, recovery, and reform. Like Hoover didn't want to help and thought it was better for the. Governments to be out of the economy during the Great Depression because he thought if the government was to get involved there would be much more problems. (Reform, recover, and relief effort)

    This would allow the farmers to get stable once again, because during the Great Depression there was mass overproduction because farmers thought that by producing more plants they would be able to earn more money. But that was not true because a lot of it went to waste and it dragged the cost of the crops down. So what the AAA would was pay the farmers to not overproduce and to get rid of the extra crops they had. (Recover)

    This was established to better the economy all together. They would set up the national recovery administration would limit the amount of product being put out so the prices could go up.     There was a lot of bank acts passed at this time because of the Great Depression lots of banks went under. So fdr created a bank holiday that would allow the banks that were left to become more stable. Congress also would pass the emergency banking relief that would allow the president to have control of regulating foreign exchange. The FDIC was established the glass steagull banking reform act what the fdic was meant to do was insuring customers money . (relief and reform)

    The second new deal was brought more controversy because the first new deal brought just a minimal amount of improvement a lot of people still remain unemployed. Because FDR felt challenged by some new presidential candidates he created the second new deal.

    This act would protect the right of the employed and employers and their right to collectively bargain. Something's you could do under the protection of th NLR act was organizing a union to talk about wages and specific information of employment. Form a union, etc. (Relief and reform)

    The board would be in charge of administrating elections for the labor union, it would also look into unfair treatment practices in work places. (Reform and relief)

    The Fair labor standards act
    This act would place a amount to minimum wage and the hours people would be able to work, it also established over time and record of time. It also established the official age for employment. (Reform and relief)

    This act would give a general welfare for those who old age and disable and who are unemployed. This act was sort of like a benefit that mothers children people of old age could have to help with costs. ( relief)
