My cousins From U.S.
When i was a child, two cousins came to Celaya. they were girls, very tall and with a different accent. They stayed for one week. I learned a lot of things, they had a different education in U.S. and traditions, and the experience of have family living in a different country. -
Trip to Cabo San Lucas
One of my uncles was going to get married, and he invited us to Cabo San Lucas in Baja California Sur. We stayed for three days, and in an amazing hotel. Even if is not part of U.S., there was a lot of american people, also i had friends. This gave me the experience to live together with americans, know their traditions, hobbies, way of thinking, and history. -
Trip to Selva Lacandona
My family and I went to Selva Lacandona, ubicated in Chiapas. I appreciated the nature, the trees, and the people. also, the natives of the jungle respect the land and the environment, and they have a different dialect. This experience showed me a different perspective of Mexico, that has a lot of culture and beauty places. -
My friend from Spain
When i was in Junior High, a student came to my school. His name was Pol Sarabias, and both had a good friendship. he stayed for one month, but we where good friends. He told me about Spain, their culture and traditions. This experience gave me the knowledge of Spain, his culture and people. -
Borrego Dorado
Tec has an annual day where the students play and makes different activities. In the Borrego Dorado, I have the opportunity to meet other students, and this experience gave me the knowledge of meet other people for one day -
Trip to Multicultural Day
The Multicultural Program offers you a special day, and it is a Multicultural day. I went to Querétaro, to the Campus of Tec. We had different conferences, activities and a Food Fair. It was a great experience, because a learned some technologic knowledge, also a food knowledge, like the main ingredients of Asian or European countries on the daily diet. -
NAFTA Project
In third semester we had a project about NAFTA. the tree groups of my generation had a country and we simulated the renegotiation of NAFTA. I Learned the experience of be a part of a government, it is not easy their job, and different rules that are affected by costums. -
Second Trip to Multicultural Day
We went to the second Multicultural Day, we had a conference and workshops. I learned more cultural knowledge and different thinking -
Second Borrego Dorado
The second Borrego Dorado was better. We had an entrance in the field with the song of TEC. I learned about other students and different activities .
