Being Born
I was born in St. Joesph's hospital in Parkersburg, WV on October 27, 1993. -
Started Kindergarten
I started kindergarten at Blennerhassett Elementary School. -
Went to junior high school
I began my 7th grade year at Blennerhassett Junior High which was attached to my elementary school. I even had my mother as a math teacher that year! -
Started High School
My junior high school decided to change into a middle school. Therefore, instead of being a 9th grader at the junior high school, all 9th graders were moved up to the high school. I started my 9th grade year at Parkersburg South High School. -
Graduated High School
I graduated from Parkersburg South High School. -
Started College
I started my college career at Fairmont State University and was majoring in Elementary Education. -
Started the sign language program
While in school for my teaching degree, I started a sign language program at Pierpont Community and Technical College to receive a masters in sign language interpreting! -
Graduated from the sign language program
Two years later, I finished the sign language program and obtained my associate's degree in sign language interpreting! -
Graduated College
Four and a half years since starting, I finally graduated with my elementary education degree from Fairmont State University! I also became certified to teach Special Education. -
Started teaching 3rd grade :)
I started teaching at the school that I completed my student teaching. I began, and still teach, 3rd grade at East Dale Elementary.
