    The Nike brand first became interested in the Mexican National Team in 2003 and was its official sponsor during the World Cup in European lands. The Mexico shirt changed style with a V-shaped figure on the chest that included pre-Hispanic images. The detail of the typography simulating that of the 1970 World Cup highlighted this model.
