Introduction
Born on July 31st, 1958, in Pittsburg Pennsylvania, Mark Cuban grew up in a wealthy, Jewish family, in a pecunious suburb of Pittsburg ("Mark Cuban"). Mark's ambition and tenacity early on led him on a path of success later on. Even early on, he enjoyed ways to better himself as a person, and was willing to work for it. Business, sales specifically was in his blood since birth. He has come to be one of the richest, most notable men in the world. -

Mark Cuban graduated from the Kelley School of Business, at Indiana University Bloomington. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Cuban knew from a young age that business was his thing. Cuban, having to pay his own tuition, chose Indiana because it was the cheapest school that had a top 10 business school in the nation. After graduating, he packed up and moved to dallas with some buddies. -

Mark Cuban, having been out of college for only 9 years, sold his first business for $6 million. It was a company called MicroSolutions, which wrote software programs for businesses and households to be able to share large amounts of information conveniently. Mark was basically a PC consultant who wrote, and sold programs, mostly comercial based. Mark did endless hours of work and research about microsoft and programming concepts in general (At Age 25 Mark Cuban). Mark was extremely determined. -

In 1999, Mark Cuban sold his self-made business for $5.9 billion. Mark is the master of building business from literally nothing, into million dollar companies. Mark partnered with a buddie who he attended college with to create essentially a radio station that broadcasted Indiana University basketball games. It started as a single broadcast and a little hobby they both had, and Mark grew it into a billion dollar idea. Mark's philosophy is based on working hard, and not giving excuses. -

On January 4th, Mark purchased the Dallas Mavericks for $285 million. After he sold Broadcast.com to Yahoo! and became a billionaire, I could imagine he was feeling pretty high and mighty. Mark had moved to Dallas after college, so he had been living there for a while. He was quite a big Mavs fan, and owned season tickets. He did not like what he saw on the ownership level, so he decided he could do better (Mark Cuban on what inspired him to buy the Mavericks). -

On June 12th, 2011, Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks defeated the Miami Heat for the NBA title. This is the ulitmate accomplishment, for anyone in the organization, especially the owner. Mark turned an average team, into the NBA champions in 11 years. He explains the feelings and his gratitude in his postgame interview. ..
