Georgia was in a car accident, and forced to give birth early. Maddy was born two months early and suffered no major birth defects. -
Fire at the Cohen House
A fire at the Cohen's home, around three in the morning. Georgia Chang-Cohen and her husband, John Cohen, both died of smoke inhalation. Their daughter, Madelyn, survived with moderate injuries. -
Maddy Runs Away
After extensive treatment and therapy, Maddy is either going to a group home or foster parents. Instead, she runs away. She bounces from place to place, but mostly stays in the Midwest. -
She Meets Allie in Greenville, Illinois
Maddy enrolled herself in school, in the same town the Circle was at. She let her emotions get out of control, and accidentally started a fire during a science class. Allison saw her and explained what she was, and that she wasn't alone. -
Maddy Joins the Circle
After a few days of contemplation, Maddy decided to take Allie up on her offer to join the circle. She meets the other circle members and has a particular companionship with Maisie. -
Maisie Finds Lydia in Boise, Idaho
On a walk through the woods, Maisie found a burned out shell of a house. A baby was toddling out of it and towards an drop-off, and Maisie barely saved her. Once she got the baby, to the Circle, Maddy could she was a druid. They didn't who's she was, or if she even had family, but she was too powerful to leave her. So, they kept her. -
Jeanne and Lacey Decide to Move
Of course, the couple had a lot of homes (they are immortal), but Lacey always had fondness for the quiet of Forks, Washington. So, after they adopted Lydia, they knew they couldn't stay there. Jeanne decided on Forks to make Lacey smile and they all moved. -
The Circle Starts the Trip to Forks
It was supposed to take 7 hours, but instead took about two days. With Lydia crying and Maisie and Allie arguing, there were frequent stops. Lacey drove while Jeanne slept--Maddy just watched silently. -
The Circle Arrives in Forks, Washington
They get to Forks, and Lacey is immediately worried. She can sense magic and supernatural in other people, and there was an overabundance of that in Forks.
