    Beethoven was born on December 1770
  • First public performance

    Beethoven's first known public performance was
    in Cologne, Germany. His father advertised and claimed that his age was six years old, although he was in fact seven,but he probably did this to draw comparisons with Mozart which at that time Mozart was a well known child prodigy.

    When Beethoven was about 11 years old to study music full time with Christian Gottlob Neefe Beethoven dropped out of school.

    At the age of 12 Beethoven published his first composition, which were a set of piano variations on a theme by an obscure classical composer named Dressler.

    By 1784, his alcoholism worsening Beethoven's father could no longer support his father.
  • Beethoven meets another great

    In 1787 the court sent Beethoven to Vienna during that Mozart said " Keep you eyes on him; some day he will give the world something to talk about.

    When the Holy Roman Emperor Joseph II passed away in February 20, 1790, a 19 year old Beethoven was honored to write a musical memorial for Joseph the II.

    On 1792 Beethoven returns to Vienna.
  • First symphony from Beethoven

    On April 2, 1800 Beethoven debuted Symphony 1 in C major at the Royal Imperial Theater in Vienna.

    In 1804 Beethoven created Symphony No.3 in Napoleons honor.
  • Symphony No. 5

    On 1808 Beethoven created arguably the greatest classical music piece of all time. It was published on 1808 and it was named Symphony No.5.

    Beethoven's final and last symphony was Symphony No.9 which ended with his most famous piece "Ode to Joy."
