    20's
    In my 20's I will:
    -Visit the doctor every two years.
    -Be sure to exercise daily, including weight-bearing exercises like hiking, running, and strength-training.
    -Maintain a healthy and nutrient filled diet.
    -Not smoke.
    -Not drink excessively.
    -Not partake in the use of any illegal substances.
    -Make sure to spend at least three days a week partaking in yoga or simply self time.
  • 30's

    30's
    In my 30's I will:
    -Make sure to maintain a healthy weight by keeping a healthy diet and exercising daily.
    -Drink alcohol in moderation, at most twice a day.
    -Focus on having a persistent and healthy sleep schedule.
    -Visit the doctor annually.
  • 40's

    40's
    In my 40's I will:
    -Make sure to work on stress-reducing activities often.
    -Keep working out at least 3 times a week.
    -Get checked regularly, especially for testosterone defficieny and blood presure issues.
  • 50's

    50's
    In my 50's I will:
    -Continue to exercise at least 3 times a week, especially focusing on aerobic exercises.
    -Watch my weight.
    -Challenge my mind.
    -Get check-ups regularly.
    -Watch out of chronic health problems.
  • 60's

    60's
    In my 60's I will:
    -Make sure to continue to eat healthily and exercise often.
    -Watch for warning signs of serious medical conditions
    -Get a checkup regualrily
    -Maintain all the healthy habits I have had throughout the last 40 years.
