    Eat a healthy diet that include nutrients like protein, calcium, potassium, healthy omega-3 fats, and folic acid. Exercise regularly. Do not smoke, avoid illegal substances, and only consume alcohol in moderation. Get enough sleep. Protect your skin and eyes from the damaging effects of the sun, and avoid tanning salons. Practice good hygiene. Have a medical checkup,gynecological exam,clinical breast exam and Pap test every 2-3 years. Take care of you sexual and mental health.
