    Focus on keeping a healthy diet by choosing meals that do not contain a high fat content, IE fast food. At the same time focus on keeping a healthy relationship with family by contacting 2 times a week. Also try to exercise 3 times a week to keep weight from adding up.

    Health in 30's

    As I get older the one thing that needs to maintained is a consistent check to the doctors office if any illnesses arise that I do not know about. Family connection, exercise, and a good diet should be maintained, but also a frequent check on parents health is important to implement as they get older.

    Health in 40's

    Health at this age is important in the future as age progresses. Doctor checks should be more frequent and at the same time exercise, diet, and communication should be more strictly implemented. As this age arises hopefully kids should be a part of my life and I wish to keep them healthy by implementing the same strategy of healthy diet, exercise, and communication. And as the my parents get older their age rises to 70 and I wish to keep them in the same household.

    As this age enters doctors visits are more monthly than yearly. Of course all recent activities should be implemented, but now more medicine should be apart of keeping healthy. As my kids get older I need to make sure they are not picking up any risky behaviors. And if my parents are still alive a close care should be put with them as they reach the 80's.

    Health in 60's

    This age is a very crucial point. All risks that my grandparents and my parents had could arise in this year such as cancer, hypertension and depression. As this age arises maintaining health is harder and should be done cautiously. Kids are getting older so keeping in touch with them is very important. My parents will be most likely past on at this point and as a mental health benefit to me I need to visit their grave sites for personal benefit.
