    Maintain a healthy weight to prevent risk of chronic medical conditions including heart disease and cancer. Eat a nutritious diet which includes fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins, and nonfat dairy products. It is also critical to reduce the amount of sodium intake in our diet and take more vitamins/supplements.

    Exercise regularly (30-60 minutes daily) to lower risks of heart disease and cancers. Also be sure to get enough sleep to maintain sleep cycle. ~8 hours. Continuation of physical exams which include gynecological, clinic breast, and Pap test before becoming pregnant. Also physical exams should occur every 1-2 years with vaccinations. Never smoke or try illegal substances, and always wear sunscreen to prevent skin cancer.
