People refer to adults my age as frail and weak, yet I am going to be completely my third triathalon because I ate healthy and worked out daily thorugh-out my young years. -

Although diseases become more predominant at this age, I am going to take great care of myself by exercise and healthy eating. I hope to be teaching yoga and 4 star all inclusive resorts while enjoying my family actively. -

Some of my friends may have Alzheimer disease, but my brain is going to be ticking away at remarkable speeds, killing the crosswords in Sunday paper every week, reading and continuing to remember my previous years hopefully forever. -

I will pass away at the age of 91. I hope to be surrounded by family and friends, passing quietly and satisfied with a long, happy, fulfilled life.
