    This legislation protects the rights of children and it includes 54 articles. It also help the children to grow up in the positive environment which helps them to live a independent life. It also ensure that children are treated equally and with no discrimination.This will benefit children because they will be able to accomplish their goals more effectively.

    HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 1998
    The Human rights Act 1998 protects the rights of individuals and it also says that everyone has a right to be treated fairly with dignity and respect. This law protects everybody whether it rich-poor, young-old and it also give equal rights to people regardless of their age, gender, sexual orientation, religion etc. For example: In the care setting if service user wants to practice their religion they should be allowed and this will promote diversity in the care setting environment.
