    Treaty of Versailles created resentment and anger. Germany was mad at all the other countries and ended up in Germany making a colossal army.

    League of Nations failed and Germany broke many of its guidelines. No one enforced the laws and the league became irrelevant.

    Mussolini's fascist government made an expanded military. Mussolini had total control over the government. Hitler's nazism made a huge army and scapegoated the Jewish people. This provided fuel for the start of WW2.
