    In 1970 President Nixon feared that a retreat in a war would make the united states look weak. As a result, instead of ending the war, Nixon and his aides devised ways to make it more palatable, such as limiting the draft and shifting the burden of combat onto south vietnamese soilders.

    In 1963 the students for democratic society started a movement called The Anti War Movement. The reason the movement was started was because people were against the Vietnam war. The protest took place in Vietnam. Another reason the war movement was started was because the U.S bombed North Vietnam. The reason I would like to be at this event is because it’s a part of history and who wouldn’t want to be in a part of history ; )

    Although President Nixon won the election by a landslide in 1972, he resented any challenge in his authority and approved of any attempts to discredit those who opposed him. In June 1972, police found five burglars in Nixon’s own committee, located in Watergate office building. Soon, they found out that Nixon himself was involved in the crime: he had demanded that the federal Bureau of investigation to stop investigating the break in and told his aides to cover up the scandals.

    The rise of the new law happen because people wanted to stop segragation.The court of law made this law pass. The reason i would like to be at this event is because it was the moment that segragation ended.

    GM sign the first automotive contract because there is a strike happening and they want to make their companies bigger and better, they did this on April 21 , 1993. The reason i would like to be at this event is because it was the first contract to be signed for automotives

    In 1944, Mandela, a lawyer, joined the african national congress (ANC) , the oldest black political organization in south africa, where he became a leader of johannesburg’s youth wing of the (ANC)

    Medela joined the ANC because he wanted to free africa and so he joined them to do it. Medela joined them on april 21 1994. The reason i would of like to been at this event is because it was an event that helped africa be free.
