    • Next year he was elected as part of Lincoln college
  • Methodist Group (1729-1735)

    • Joined a religious group called the Methodists +Went back to Oxford to fulfill his residential requirements; became a part of the Methodist group
    • Group spent their time doing good deeds
    • Helping prisoners of Oxford and paying their debts,
    • Teaching them to read
    • Trying their best to find jobs for the prisoners +Aka Holy Club, Wesley's left the group in 1735 +The group broke apart
