The Iraq war had one main difference to america than you might think. One of the major differences was the coast of the war and what it did to the U.S. The cost of the war would have been 800 million dollars at the least and compared to the rest of the wars, The price would seem reasonable. -

This war had affected american history because it had been another one of the (non Victorian) wars that said someone won but its kind of still going on because of the terrorist attacks and the bombings and everything that has been going on throughout the years in the United States. -

Their were many people involved but not a much as a world war. Some main people involved would be America, Iraq, the United Kingdom, Australia, Spain and Poland.
