After making several protests and speeches against this cause, the Taliban got angry and came to kill her. She got shot in her school bus, recovered, and received the children's nobel peace prize.

    In Malala's hometown, several girls were not allowed to have an education or go to school. Luckily, Malala was able to go to school, but she felt that other girls her age should also have the right to have education and go to school. She decided to make speeches to the world protesting that all girls should have this human right. The Taliban noticed this and were not happy that she was helping the other girls.

    Although the Taliban were against the idea that girls could go to school, Malala continued her fighting against the human right being violated. The Taliban targeted not only her, but her school as well. They also found out that Malala's father was running the school and allowing girls to go there of all ages. Later, they bombed the school and several students were injured.

    Malala Gives a World Wide Speech

    When she was only eleven years old, Malala stood up and presented a speech to protest on the attacks of her school and other schools. Several people around the world listened to this and Malala hoped the Taliban had changed their minds about girls going to school. At the end of the year, the Taliban were still stuck to their decision and shut down all the schools in the Swat. In the meantime, the Taliban also bombed more than 100 other girls' schools.

    When a BBC announcer brought up the topic of writing a blog to Malala's father about girls going to school, she volunteered to post on it. Instead of writing under her own name, Malala wrote as a random person name Gul Makai. As the days passed, she posted under this name and quickly got attention to become famous worldwide. She also wanted to warn others about military increasing in Swat, and fear that her school would be attacked again.

    Malala Receives the Children's Nobel Peace Prize

    Malala was given the nobel peace prize in recognition of her struggling to give the rights to all children to have education. She and her father became known to the rest of the world for what they were doing to help with education. Many people thought of this as a great idea and started to change Swat and Soon, Swat became an area that allowed girls to go to school. That year she got both the nobel peace prize and the Pakistan peace prize and would never be forgotten.

    Malala Gets Shot

    On her way back home from school in the bus, the bus was stopped. Not surprisingly, the Taliban had come to take a child. They called out Malala's name and stated that if she didn't come with them, they would shoot the rest of her classmates. Malala came with the Taliban because she couldn't stand the thought that her school friends would die, but she, herself, was shot three times. The wound spread through her head and shoulder and she was immediately taken to a hospital in Birmingham.

    Soon, Malala recovered from the big injury and wrote a book about her entire life. The book quickly became popular all over the world and many people took the time out to care for girls and all children to go to school. This cause became so well known that she received the actual Nobel Peace Prize when she was 17. But, more than getting the prize, Malala wanted all children to always have the right to have education.
