Garage
First Google files an incorpoaration in Cal. Sergey and Larry open bank account in Google's name and deposit the check they got from Bechtolsheim. Google also sets up a work space in the garage of Susan Wojcicki in Cal. -

They out grow garage and go to 165 University Ave with just 8 employees. -
