The government started to enforce a lot of rules and laws after this tragic event. The government spent over $3.3 trillion on repairs and help.

    No Child Left Behind Act
    This law was signed into law by George Bush on this day. This act helped create standards for all schools, and helped kids that couldn't pass the standardized tests required by the state. It allowed kids to get the highest education that they could and would help them in almost all studies, further bettering our country.

    Ethan will no longer be the only Manton in his generation. Logan Manton, his younger sibling, was born on this day and this will create a lifelong friendship he never asked for.

The government spent a lot of money, resources, and soldiers in trying to win this war, and this tok a toll on millions of American families and lives.

    Ethan had jus moved from Philadelphia all the way to Abington and is starting his first day of school. He went into the school, sat in the wrong classroom for three hours and then went to the correct classroom. Ethan then met Luke Ballard, his first friend ever, who he is still great friends with today.

    Ethan plays his first T-Ball game today with some of his best friends, friends he is still friends with today. This game would influence his opinion of he game for the next ten years of his life, and it will take up a lot of that ten years.

    After the horrific events of Sandy Hook, gun control became heavily enforced. Background checks became necessary for all gun and ammuniation purchases. This helped lower the amount of gun violence, but not by much. People need to realize that the guns were not the problem, the people were.

    Barack Obama was elected as the President of the United States on this day. The government would now be under a new President, and laws and regulations would be changed, as they are under a new perspective.

    Ethan began his golf career at a community golf camp that he spent most of his summer at. Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday he would go and play golf with some of his closest friends. This camp got Ethan into golf and he continues to play and enjoy it.

    The DReam Act, or the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors, was made to help minors that were not legal citizens have an education. The path it created for undocumented minors helped thousands of children get careers and make a living, to become citizens of the United States.

    The death of Osama bin Laden was a huge deal. The government spent so much time, energy, and resources trying to kill this guy, and finally the search has ended. The government now has more time to focus on more modern problems.

    Ethan began working at his grandpa's fried chicken restuarant Chicken Time.He was filling in for his backroom employee, who was in Germany, and he ended working there for another year. He washed dishes, cleaned the floors, and much more for almost a full year.

    Ethan entered the 9th grade today, officially becoming a freshman in highschool. While still being in the Junior High, he is still an upper classman and a lower classman at the same time. This year will start to mold the way Ethan decides ton live his life.

    After playing baseball for almost ten years, Ethan finally hits his first home run in Upper Dublin fall ball. There have been many close calls and this was the first time he has successfully done it. This hoomer will strike the beginning of the rest of his biggest hits ever.

    Ethan performs one of his first musicals at St.Basils Academy for Girls this year. It is his first show outside of Abington and performing Legally Blonde with such great people will create frienships that will last forever.
  • Select Choir

    Select Choir
    Etan just started singing this year, and it turned out to be a natural born talent that was left undiscovered until this point in his life. he sang in his award winning choir and then auditioned for the Select Choir at the highschool, and is one of the few boys there.
  • Gay Marriage Legalization

    Gay Marriage Legalization
    Gay marriage was legalized and accepted on this date, opening a whole new world for some people. The government no longer has to deal with the same ongoing problems and disputes over the controversy of whether gay marriage should be legalized or not.
