But then Nicot would help the tobacco againts scabies, common cold and other diseases. The tobacco plant was named to him (Nicotiana). -

Later the cigarets became stimulants and new things we're found. Like: Electric sigaret, Vape and many more. They found out that the cigarettes weren't medicine's but they we're not good and it became stimulants for them. -
The upcoming of cigarettes in Europe.
Around the end of the 18th century we're the cigarettes upcoming in Europe. The french and english soldiers brought sigarets with them from Turky, Greece and Bulgaria. Till that known people cigarettes but they weren't that populair yet. From a long time period we're they seen as a variant of the pipe and sigar. But since the first World War they became extremly populair. The cigarettes calmed there hunger and the working of it was pricey.
