The food truck has become so popular that it's now the most profitable food truck in Arizona. Diana is now known as the Maine Lobster Lady, which is also the name of their food truck.

    Back in the fall of 2012, Josh Sacks (head chef and founder) set off to create a successful food truck business that is now the most popular and profitable in the US. Each of the three are equipped with multiple types of meats, and a BBQ smoker right on board the truck.
