    Henri Fayol (1841-1925) Henri Fayol was borm in 1841 in Istanbul. He is one of the well-known scholars of business management. He was a CEO of Comambault Mining. He developed 14 principles of management for organizational structure and management to improve the management process in effieciency and effectively way. (Henri Fayol, 2015).

    Mary Parker Follett (1868-1933)
    Mary Parker Follett was well known as a mother of an early management thinker. She thought that F.W. Taylor was ignoring how managers should behave toward workers. She claimed that managers should care about workers and ask how they felt with their job. (Jones & George, 2014).

He is the author of "The Practice of Management." According to the Wikipedia, "He was a leader of development of management education." (Peter F. Drucker, 2015).

    This is the law by president Lyndon B. Johnson that prohibits discrimination against ages that whomever workers need to retire if his/her age is over 40. (Jones & George, 2014).
  • Theory X

    Theory X
    Theory X developed by Douglas McGregor. This theory says that managers should supervise workers to lead them to achieve best performance because the average workers are trying to avoid their tasks and responsibility or too lazy to work hard. (Jones & George,2014).
  • Theory Y

    Theory Y
    Douglas McGregor developed Theory Y. This theory is contrary to the theory X. The purpose of Theory Y is not to monitor workers closely and control their behaviors. The purpose is to make good environments for workers, and help to organization to achieve the goal.(Jones & George, 2014).

    Organizational Environment Theory is about provide high value goods and services are depends on managers' ability. This theory defined as the set of forces and conditions that operate beyond an organization's boundaries but affect a manager's ability to acquire and utilize resources.(Jones & George, 2014).

    This pregnancy discrimination act prohibits discrimination of women by childbirth, medical results, and pregnancy when employers make a decision. The employment decisions should not make by these conditions.(Jones $ George, 2014).

    American with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination about people with disabilities. When employers make a decision, it makes sure their decision is not influenced on individuals with disabilities. It is required that employers make a good environment for workers with disabilities to achieve their job. (Jones & George, 2014).

    He was born in New Mexico, USA. He is a founder and a CEO of Amazon. Amazon.com is the largest retailer of online shopping websites. He is also an investor and has had one of the greastest impacts on the business field in whole world today. He is a considered to be a "top model for Internet sales." (Jeffrey Bezos, 2015).

    Steve Jobs
    He was born in San Francisco in 1955. He was a cofounder, director and CEO of Apple Inc. He was one of the most well known and influencial CEOs in the world. He worked in many fields such as marketer, entrepreneur, and investor. He died in 2011 at the age of 56 and many people lament for a Steve Jobs' death. (Steve Jobs, 2015).
