    In Charleston Harbor, Robert Anderson's soldiers in Fort Sumter were running out of supplies. Lincoln was in a dilemma of either to send supplies and risk war but if he didn't, he would be giving in to the rebels. He decided to ships of supplies and let the leaders of the Confederacy know.The Confederate leaders attacked the fort before the ships with the supplies arrived. This started the Civil War.

Linda Brown attended an all black school far away from her but she wanted to attend the whites only school closer to her. Because of segregation, she was not allowed until it got brought to court and passed.

    On September 9th,2001, a group of terrorists hijacked an airplane and crashed into the twin towers in New York City. Because of the crash, it caused the building to catch on fire and burn to the ground. About 2,500 people were killed and many were injured.
