Machines were taking over and many people were loosing their jobs and that lead to families becoming very poor and not being able to afford to live in addition to that to but any food ont the table they would have to steal -

American war of independence
Because of the industrial revolution there jails were over flowing and so they had to send the prisoners somewhere so they started sending them to America but after a while America had, had enough of the convicts so they said we don't want your convicts anymore and the british said no so that's where the American war of independence started an the Americans won so the british stoped sending over there convicts -
