    This is the age of fun and adventure, but it is important to keep your body safe so it can survive its long journey ahead! Make sure to wear sunscreen so you do not wrinkle and develop skin cancer early in life. Creating healthy habits at this age will carry on well towards the future!

    Bone mass peaks. Don't overlook your body's protein, calcium, and potassium requirements. Don't neglect sleep, even though you may be tempted many times. Always wear sunscreen to avoid skin cancer and practice good hygiene to live longer. Learn about your family medical history. Such knowledge will be important for the rest of your life in knowing what to talk to your doctor or specialist about. Get testicular checkups and make sure that yo u have a medical checkup every 2 years.

    These are the years where you really become an adult. You have gone through most of the adventurous and dangerous things you may have done, and you now have responsibilities to take care of. You need to take care of your body and visit a doctor to make sure you are not neglecting your health during these sturdy years!

Make sure your BMI, cholesterol, and blood pressure levels are in a healthy range. Avoid risk-taking activities and always wear a seatbelt or a helmet if you are biking. Since there are a lot of responsibilities at this age, make sure to take care of your mental and emotional health. Also work on building muscle, maintaining your older body

Erectile dysfunction may occur also.

    These are the years where you are looking forward for retirement (or maybe in the next decade for my generation). Finally, all the work you have done in your life has paid off and you can relax! However, you should not neglect your responsibilities to maintaining your own body and mind. Playing puzzle games will make sure your mind does not deteriorate. Also, it is important to visit your doctor at this age more than any other since your health risks are rising fast with age.

    This is the age thought to be the retirement years, although the average age for retirement is slowly rising as lifespan also rises in America. There are a lot more health risks now, including arthritis, osteoporosis, and type 2 diabetes. This is why it is important to at least do some exercise a week and to maintain a healthy diet. It is important to learn about the warning signs of things like heart attack and stroke and to be careful of falling down, both inside and outside of the house.
