    Maintain a halthy weight (your metabolism begins to slow), and to do so it is important to eat a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Find time to exercise, about 30-60 minutes on most days. Get enough sleep, about 6-8 hours, and don't smoke, wear sunscreen, and work to reduce your stress. Monitor your body mass index, take care of your mental health, be careful about your back, and build muscle. Go in regularly for physicals and check ups.

    Watch for arthritis, back pain, and tendonitis. Try to ease up on your stressors. Watch your body mass, and watch out for osteoporosis, for your bone mass declines in your 40s. Take care of your health, and watch for signs of depression. Pay attention to changes in vision, hearing loss, skin problems, and testosterone deficiencies or symptoms of premenopause in men and women, respectively. Get a physical every 2-3 years, and get skin exams, cancer screenings, and other tests regularly.

    Get proper nutrition and cut back on sodium and fat intake. Get 30-60 minutes of physical activity most days, watch for signs of osteoporosis. Maintain a healthy weight and examine menopause or how it has changed your body. Don't smoke, and reduce stress and get lots of sleep. Stress can speed up the aging process.Get a physical exam every 2 years and screen for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and more. Watch for depression, digestive issues, erectile dysfunction, hearing loss, and more.

Quit smoking, protect your heart, maintain a healthy weight (eat right, portion size), exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and drink alchohol in lots of moderation. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats. See your health care provider very regularly and get eye exams, pelvic exams, vaccines, colonoscopies, breast exams, blood pressure screenings.
