    I should have a medical check up including blood pressure screening every 2 years,clinical testicular exam as recommended by my health care provider,dentist visits every year, have the recommended immunizations, and have regular comprehensive eye exams.
    Some special concerns in this decade are my sexual, mental, and emotional health.

    In this decade I should avoid fast food & processed foods and make sure to get enough protein, calcium, potassium, and omega-3 fats.
    I should make sure to get enough sleep and at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
    I should avoid smoking and drink a maximum of 2 alcohol drinks a day.

    during these years I should still try to limit the amount of fast food and processed food i eat while focusing on getting the vitamins and minerals iron, folic acid, calcium, potassium, B and D vitamins, fiber, and omega-3 fats.
    I need to get about 6-8 hours of sleep and 30-60 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
    Some special concerns are my mental and emotional health as well as skin care and building muscles.

    I should wear sunscreen to help protect from the sun as well as making time to do what I want to reduce stress. Also, I should make sure to keep my BMI in a healthy range and take the recommended diagnostic tests and screening procedures.
    I should keep having clinical testicular exams, immunizations, eye exams, and dental exams as well as having hearing tests, cholesterol screening, and skin cancer screening.

    In this decade I should continue eating well.
    I should make sure to still get enough sleep and to exercise moderately for at least 30 minutes.
    It is important to find out about my family history and make sure my health care providers have the information.
    Special topics of concern are chronic pain, stress, blood pressure, blood glucose, BMI, osteoporosis, Anxiety, Depression, sexual health, skin issues, and changes in vision and hearing.

    I should have a physical exam every 2-3 years, a dental exam and cleaning every 6-12 months, a comprehensive eye exam and blood pressure screening every 2 years, cholesterol screening every 5 years, diabetes screening as recommended, baseline skin exam as recommended, colorectal cancer screening at 45 if there is a family history of it, immunizations, and testicular exam at every physical exam.

    In my 50's I should start to eat less sodium and foods high in fat while focusing on eating fruits, vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats, whole grains, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
    I should continue to get enough sleep and exercise for 30-60 minutes of exercise while also finding a hobby that interests me and challenges my mind.
    I should try to keep my weight at a healthy rate and continue to limit my alcohol intake and avoid smoking.

    Some health concerns in these years are cancer, depression, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, ED, anxiety, chronic pain, and thyroid problems.
    I should have a physical exam every 2-3 years, a dental exam and cleaning every 6-12 months, a comprehensive eye exam and blood pressure screening every 2 years, cholesterol screening every 5 years, diabetes screening as recommended, skin exam every year, colorectal cancer screening start at 50, immunizations, and testicular exam at every physical exam.

    I should have an annual flue vaccine, annual blood pressure screening, bone density test at 60, dental exam every 6 months, annual eye exam, blood glucose test every 3 years, hepatitis vaccines as recommended, pneumonia vaccine at 65, PSA tests as recommended, shingles vaccine at 60. annual testicular exam, tetanus shot, thyroid test every 10 years, and annual skin exams.
    Some concerns in this decade are heart diseases, cancers, arthritis, type 2 diabetes, and osteoporosis.

    In these years I should avoid high fat/sugar foods and eat fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low/non-fat dairy products, and lean meats.
    I should exercise for at least 30 minutes most days and keep an eye on my weight.
    I should see my health care provider regularly and talk to them about all medications I am taking as well as learning CPR and having a smoke detector in every bedroom and on every floor.
