    2000 Elections
    George Bush goes agains Al Gore for the 2000 elections. George represents the democrats and Al represents the republicans.
  • Almost a Winner

    Gore was declared winner of Florida, but the call was a close one. Bush ended up with the lead and Gore called Bush to say he concedes the election. Around 3 in the morning Gore is notified that Bush is only ahead by less than 1,000 votes. He retracts his concession and leaves to go talk to supporters. The presidency is yet again undecided.
  • Recount

    Recount
    Gore has the county's of Florida recount their votes and in the end Bush leads Gore by 362 votes in an unofficial recount made by the press.
  • Florida's final recount

    In the end Bush leads Gore by 300 votes when all the recounts from the 67 counties returned.
  • Finally

    Electors have to cast and seal their votes and Bush got 271 votes and Gore had recieved 266 electoral votes. One of Gore's voters hadn't voted.
