Introduction
I was born in 1999 and would consider myself a mature GenZ. I was more so raised like a millennial in several ways. I grew up in multiple states and I traveled a lot throughout my early years of life. Technology has gotten significantly more advanced and changed drastically even since I’ve been around. I can’t imagine what my ancestors would think of it today if they were still here. -
First Flip Cell Phone - Early 2000's
I remember I received my very first cell phone. It was a flip phone but it did the trick. My parents got a divorce around that time so it was used just to call them when I was separated from the other person. I still struggle especially being on my phone, I find it boring or irritating and would rather be outside.

Toshiba Computer - 2008
I received my very first computer. My father works for Microsoft so still receives discounts and free windows products which is super helpful. I just got a new computer a couple days ago!
It definitely enriched the life of young me. I was able to listen to music to go to sleep and occasionally watch movies.

First Smart Phone (iPhone 3) - 2010
It was an iPhone 3 that was passed onto me from my dad. I didn’t have any social media or friends to text or call so I would get ahold of my grandparents and play short games and puzzles. My personal favorite even still to this day is Solitaire.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Phone - 2016
I decided to switch from iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy S5 and it was rough. I believe I went to Verizon more than fifteen times within two months. The Galaxy phone never really seemed to work right and would get extremely overheated. Eventually, one day the battery caught on fire and ruined everything but luckily I had all of my photos already saved on my laptop computer. Thank goodness.

iPhone 8 Plus - 2017
I received my iPhone 8 plus which has been the best purchase that I have made on some type of technology in my life. I enjoy the camera capabilities, the phone layout, the software, the screen display and battery. I enjoy learning new things and Apple Inc. inventions and software usually have good updates and changes!
