This is the year the playstaion was made by Sony. Sony in 1994 wasn't really big because of Nintendo. Espically with their new game console system called Nintendo 64. This was the birth year of Sony video game systems and eventually Sony becomes one of the top game console companies. -

In 2005-2006 was the biggest game changer ever. The Playstaion 3 and Xbox 360 came out. These are arugably one of the best consoles to be made. These were the first systems to have HDMI. Also, you were able to play with people online and have online friends. You also could listen to music, go on the internet and watch tv. These were the best game consoles until 2013. -
The Present
Now its 2015 and the best consoles that were ever made are here. The Playstation 4 and the Xbox one. The Playstation sold over 25 million units. And the Xbox one sold over 7 million units. As you can see the PS4 is more popular then the Xbox but these are still considerably the best systems ever made. The reason why people want these systems because its a computer, tv, music player and game system all in one. And the graphics in the game are ridiculously good.
