First Day of school
First Day of school at Saint John Bosco Catholic Elementary School. Elementary school is one of the first social institutions I encountered as a child. It Is also where the ideas of role conflict and role strain are first introduced to children. -
Little sister is born
My first little sister is born. This life event was a very happy moment and this is a social norm. The majority of people enjoy the idea of gaining a new sibling as it is an amazing occasion in society. It also introduced new roles in my life as I became a big brother for the first time. This role comes with many responsibilities that sometimes interfere with my other responsibilities which causes role strain and role conflict. -
Little sister is born. part 2
My second little sister is born. Once again a new member joins my family. Just like my first sisters birth, my second sister brings much happiness to my family. It also brings the same new roles that I gained once before as well as the role strain and role conflict that come along with the role. -
Elementary Graduation
Graduating from Father Francis Mcspiritt Catholic Elementary school. This marks the end of my previous roles as an elementary school student and the beginning of the roles of a High school student. The role strains and conflicts of high school all set in at this moment as I made the transition from elementary school to high school. -
First Day of Highschool
First day of school at Cardinal Ambrozic catholic secondary school. This transition from Elementary school to high school marks the beginning of new Knowledge. I was introduced to a new social institution and new role strains and conflicts.
