    "The objective of evaluating outcomes is for the decision maker to develop insight into the decision" (Making Healthy Choices Unit 1 Section 4). Mom realizes her decision to stop exercising is wrong because she has lost the strength and energy to do a full days work.

    Mom discovers she has put on 30 lbs. of extra weight since her surgery. She feels sluggish and tired all the time.
  • PT Round 2

    Mom begins a second round of PT to strengthen her arm and tips to regain her energy.
  • Mom Begins Pumping Iron (Not Really)

    Mom joins Planet Fitness and makes an effort to work-out twice a week.
  • Mom Has More Energy

    Mom notices that she has more energy at the end of the work day.
  • Mom Has Lost 10 lbs.

    Mom has lost 10 lbs. and her friends have started to notice and complemented her. "Maintaining self-esteem also may cause decision makers to attribute good outcomes to their actions and bad outcomes to factors outside their control" (Making Healthy Choices Unit 1 Section 4).
  • Mom and Dad Return From Vacation

    Mom and Dad return from a trip to Utah where they took 1-2 hikes daily in the national parks for 2 weeks. Mom noticed the hikes got easier for her each day.
