A system of planes that brought supplys such as gas, food, clothes and many other things to Berlin from outside places, without this the people of Berlin very well could've not survived. -
NATO (National Atlantic Treaty Organisation)
A military aliance between The U.S and Europe mostly to strengthen their international power and be able to combat the Warsaw Pact. -
Warsaw Pact
Organization of defense that put the Soviet Union in charge of the member forces. Those members included Poland, Soviet Union, Hungary, Albania, Romania, Czecheslavokia, East Germany and Bulgaria.
