    He was born in Seattle, Washington, in 1942, as James Marshall Hendrix. After being expelled from the U. S. Army in 1961, he was relocated in Clarksville, Tennessee, where he started to play the guitar. During the late 1960s, he founded The Jimmy Hendrix Experience, his band who had left him in the Top 10 of the UK. He died in London on September 18, 1970, as a barbiturate overdose.

    Janis Joplin was born in Port Arthur, Texas, in 1943. She studied in the Texas University at Austin, when she made the version of Kris Kristofferson's song "Me and Bobby McGee". She joined the Big Brother and the Holding Company band in 1966. In 1968, she created Kozmic Blues Band, and she actued in the Woodstock Festival in 1969. She died as an overdose in LA in 1970.

    Born in Melbourne, Florida, in 1943, he was a problematic teenager. He was arrested in Tallahassee, Florida, at age 19, being drunk in a football match. He moved to Los Angeles in the early 1960s, to study, at the UCLA (University of California at Los Angles), poetry. He founded the doors in the mid 1960s. The Doors was a complete success. In 1971, he was found dead in Paris by his girlfriend, Pamela Courson.

He was bullied at school because of being gay. In 1985, Cobain and other members (including guitarrist Dave Grohl; who later be the Foo Fighters singer) found Nirvana. He married Courtney Love (rockstar) in Hawaii in 1992, and on August 18, 1992, Frances Bean was born. Cobain had commit suicide in Seattle on April 5, 1992.

In 2003, she published her first album "Frank", in honour to Frank Sinatra, singer that would inspire her while she was little, and she was nominated for two awards. In 2006, she published "Back to Black", an album that made her an important singer. She was found dead in 2011 in London.
