    In 1882 Tom Watson was elected general assembly. he would convince men to run for public office in Georgia. He ten quickly became one of the most powerful lawyers in Georgia.

    They were married in 1897 then they decided to move to Atlanta. When he joined baptism college john was an african american educator.

    Booker T. Washington was an author, orator and adviser and he knew most of the presidents of the united states. He was the leader oft the dominant african/american community.
