  • Early life of Charles Darwin.

    Charles Darwin was born on 12 February 1809 and died on 19 April 1882. Charles is best known for his contributions to the science of evolution. He was born in Shrewsbury, England. He was one of six children born into a wealthy family. His father was a medical doctor, while his grandfather was a botanist. Unfortunately, when Charles was eight years old his mother died. Charles loved to explore nature, and was fascinated by the outdoors.
