    Mr.Hamilton was named the Treasure secretary by Washington. Hamilton wanted to pay off the debt from the American Revolution, by developing a national financial plan. He also created national banks to strengthen the U.S. economy.

President orders the army to fight against the Sons of Liberty. By the time the army had reached their destination, most the of group had disbanded and left the area.

    American's were settling in the NW territory. Native Americans were not happy about this and decided to go to war. The Native Americans defeated the U.S twice. In 1794, Americans attacked the Indian's and burned their crops. The Native Americans decided they wanted peace, so they came up with the treaty of Greenville which gave most of the Indians land to the U.S.In turn the U.S protected the Native Americans citizens.

    The Spanish disputed the border between the U.S and Florida.The Port of New Orleans was closed by Spain to the U.S in 1795. The port closing hurt the U.S. economy. Ambassador Pinckney met with the Spanish Government to discuss a solution.
