    He lived around 460 BC, in Greece.
    After thinking for some time, he thought that it wouldn’t be possible for something to be able to split in half forever, so he just decided to call these particles ‘atoms’.

    He lived in 1704, England.
    He wrote a book call Opticks. It was about atoms and all of the forces between atoms. The change is made by the collision from atoms. The book told people that atoms actually moves around, and makes other stuff move too.

    He lived in 1803, England.
    He created symbols to use for the atoms of different elements. After a while he had a table of elements, organized by atomic mass.
