    Ended the French and Indian war. The terms being that France gave up all its territories in mainland North America.

    Prevented settlers from moving West of the Appalachians. Which in return caused problems since they had just fought in a war for it.

    A way for Britain to pay off war debt. It actually lowered the cost of molasses. But it was to influence colonists to buy it from Britain instead of smuggling. It also led to more enforcement of smuggling laws.

    Passed after the repeal of the Stamp act. Basically said that Britain had rights to impose binding laws on the American colonies.

    British soldiers were under fire for firing and killing colonists. Even though the colonists themselves had a part in it and it was not just ruthless violence on the soldiers accounts.

    A tax on tea, that was the final straw for the colonists. Led to the Boston Tea Party.

    Forced colonists to house British soldiers. Even if it imposed on themselves. Such as if you barely had any food, you were still expected to feed them. The soldier was still to get the best treatment expected while there.
