Adulthood
It is Amanda's Birthday and she is turning 55. Both of her parents are planning to fly in to surprise her. Amanda has an amazing career, great husband and two healthy kids who are accomplished. This stage on her life is final, 8th stage on Erickson stage. This stage represents ego integrity vs. despair. Amanda feels happy and accomplished with her life, therefore, she feels like she wouldn't want to change anything on her life and everything happens for the best.
