  • Risks..

If you're doing/having health risks or bad behavior, you shouldn't engage in more risks. You should do things like exercise, eat better, have less screen time, and use more communication, and interact . Often times when someone is down, or not doing so well, they start to do other things that bring themselves down even more, then they dig themselves into a deep hole that is very very hard to get out of.

"Many teens rely on vending ma- chine snacks, fast food and on-the-go sugary sports drinks or sodas for fuel during the day."
  • Policies and government

Health policies and government regulations do help because, for example, at our school we have more healthy choices for lunch, this is because the government says we need to do so. This makes kids eat healthier, and kind of make their eating decisions for them while they are at school.
  • Encourage positivity

Last year, I was going through some rough times and started to slack, and dug myself into a hole that was hard to get out of. My mom's friend's, daughter was going down that same path, they asked me to talk to her so I did, I told her how I had made mistakes. I told her that it can potentially ruin your future, it's a mess that's hard to get out of. I influenced her to make positive decisions, and just get high school over with, and not have to repeat it again, I told myself that same thing.
