    The S.M.A.R.T goal
    My long term health plan would be to aid my emotional health by getting out of my comfort zone. I will do this by twice a week for two months attempting conversation with acquaintances that I'm not as close too. As I'm getting better at talking to people, this is the next realistic step to get to talk to people I'm not as comfortable with. These people will be classmates I've talked to a few times before.

    To make this a long term effective goal I'll start with making sure this goal correlates with happiness and is on my terms alone. Talking to classmates will be awkward at first, but in the long term I may achieve a friend or two in my classes. This creates a joy and love for friends. Hanging out with friends, even in a class can help time fly by or stand still. Then this will be on my terms because my parents and therapist may support these changes, I want to do it for myself more than ever now.

    Life priorities for me have always been centered around friends, memories, and experience. My long term goal gains this by new friends, to have new experiences with and have good memories from this class or high school it's self. This is so my goal can be framed around my life. Starting small would be a small hello or talking to the said person in a group of people. Getting icebreakers out of the way can start formulating friendship, the bigger picture.

    Lastly to make this a well off long-term plan, I will need to be careful of my anxiety to make sure I don't want to throw away this goal because of stress. If I'm really not feeling it, it's perfectly fine to not talk to many people, as my health comes first. I should be able to recognize when I've make progress or not and not worry about the future in this goal. These formulations will help my goal work in the long-term side of things.
