The announcement of the iPhone 5 came with a taller screen, lightning charger and a much lighter case. A downside was the introduction of apple maps, a considerable step down from google maps.

The C standing for colours, which is exactly what apple delivered on. 5 vibrant colours were made available in the 5C model. It was released the same time as IOS 7 and became a much more affordable option -

Dubbed as the flagship model for 2013, the 5S came with touch id, far brighter icons and transparent menus.

2014 saw the screen size grow to 4.7 inches and even more pixels. The upgraded camera allowed for much better photo taking and video recording capabilities.
