unwinding order
At the beginning of the book Connor had realized after he had found tickets to the Bahamas and there were only 3 and not 4 which is the amount which was in his family. -
connor gets tracked down and he ends up running away
After running away from home Connor had been caught be his cellphone which had been used to locate him while he was on the highway with a truck driver. After being found he runs away and takes a boy with him and later meets a girl who he used to help him get a tranqe gun from an officer and shoot him with it. -
conner grabs a storked baby
Later on when the kids were all about to board a bus to not look suspicious in front of an officer Connor grabs a storked baby because of old guilt of when a baby was passed around his old street until the baby died of starvation and sickness. -
the graveyard
After leaving the shop and many other places Conner and Risa ended up at the graveyard without lev due to him ratting them out because lev likes the idea of unwinding. They then meet an admiral who runs the place and supports all the kids and helps them live safely. (The graveyard is a safe location for run away unwinds to go) -
Leaving the graveyard
Later on in the graveyard Risa is called into the admiral's jet to examine him as she is the doctor but while she is helping him people find bodies and people have gone missing. So they start to riot and then the admiral starts to have a heart attack then Connor makes Roland (another character in the story) fly a helicopter to a hospital where the admiral can get treated. -
Happyjack unwinding camp
At the hospital Roland had hoped to get himself let off free by ratting out the entire camp but he is surprised when he finds out they already knew about it. Afterwords they get sent to HappyJack unwinding camp where they are going to be unwound. -
chop shop
The Chop Shop is a building where people get unwound. This is located in the HappyJack Harvest Camp and this is where Roland then gets unwound and is never heard from again. The only main reason he is unwound is because he has a rare blood type. though when he is finally on his last walk he is told Connor is getting unwound later that day. -
the escape
In HappyJack Harvest Camp Connor is getting walked down the red carpet but suddenly a part of the chop shop explodes and then another. This is due to kids who had snuck into the chop shop and had been clappers.(terrorist with explosive blood) Then after Connor walks out of the chop shop covered in blood and a broken arm. Then out of the crowd came lev and he then put Connor to sleep. -
aftermath of the Happyjack camp
After the explosion of HappyJack Harvest Camp Connor is waken up in a hospital and is named a diffrent name because he got confused with the officer from before and Connor was given Rolands arm with a shark tattoo. Then he meets up with Risa and she doesn't want a new body part because she is now disabled and they cant unwind disabled people. Finally they know now that the admiral is ok and everything will be alright at the graveyard.
