The United States Freeze Credit for Some
The U.S Froze all German and Italian credit and a month later they do the same to Japan. These countries were known as the Axis countries and because of the freezing of their credit they were unable to withdrawal fund that were invested in U.S financial institutions. -
A Great Change in War
There was a new law that was passed during the growing war, Executive Order 8802 that did not allow racial discrimination within the U.S national Defense Industry. In both theaters and factories that made military supplies in the U.S had African-Americans serving their country. -
Pearl Harbor
Japan and the United States could not come to an agreement making Japan more and more angry, therefore leading Japan to surprise attack the U.S at Pearl Harbor.
