Roman rule of Israel

The Roman rule of Israel is a time when the two religious culture's cross before Christ. As Jews migrate towards the Roman empire, as part of their Jewish group (diaspora) from Israel. The Jewish diaspora migrated in the response economic poverty and incessant warfare in Israel with Ptolemaic and Seleucid empires battling. But the Romans weren't bothered since the migrants benefited the empire. And the Jew's developed Christianity.

Jesus of Nazareth

Jesus Nazareth also known as Christ, son of Joseph. Christ was a Jewish religious principle who became one of the people to become the center of Christianity. Christ was also considered a prophet in Muslim tradition's and also the precursor prophet of Muhammad.

The Great fire of Rome

The Great fire of Rome was a large fire started by the infamous empire Nero who wanted to burn down the city. With the help of the gangs the fire grew larger and stronger. but on one side of the empire the Christians were defending off the fire. With non of the citizens of Rome not knowing who started the fire. Empire Nero blamed the Christians due to the fact that there area of town was not burned down.

Paul of Tarsus

Paul of tarsus was a apostle, he was also commonly know as saint Paul and by the Jews he was also known as Paul of tarsus. At first Paul of tarsus was a christian persecutor. The Christianity started to grow big and had heard miracles so Paul tarsus had become intrigued. And so Paul of tarsus switched and became a christian. Paul of tarsus then became apostle that taught the gospel of Christ.

Perpetua

Perpetua was a christian noblewomen. During the persecutions of Christians she was caught and sentenced to death. The time that she was in prison they we baptized and then found new life in god. And by 203 she died for live entertainment.

Constantine the great

Constantine was a roman emperor from 306 to 337 CE. Constantine was also the first emperor to convert to Christianity. As Constantine became emperor he soon realized that the Roman empire was far too large to control by one man to rule. So Constantine strengthened the army, social, and he also reformed the government including resetting territory.

The great persecution of 303 CE

The time period during the great persecution was a harsh time period for the church. Diocletian's goal was to turn the Christians into Paganism's. Any citizen or person practicing Christianity was to be persecuted.

Battle of Milvian bridge

The battle of the Milvian bridge was a battle between to Roman emperors that went by Constantine and Maxentius. After the defeat of Maxentius. The defeat over Maxentius signaled Constantine conversion to Christianity.

Edict of Milan

The Edict of Milan was a signed letter by Constantine ruler of the west and Licinius ruler of the east. The two agreed to change the guideline's. The letter signed by the two Roman emperor's announced the freedom of Christianity within Roman empire.

Emperor Thedosius

Theodosius was a man of god. Theodosius changed the history of Christianity not in one way, but in two way's. Theodosius used the powers he had to enforce orthodox Christianity, but instead he ended up placing his power under of the church.
