This treaty was signed in Berlin and was necessary because of the Senate not ratifying the Treaty of Versailles. It outlined what parts of the Treaty of Versailles applied to the U.S and Germany. -

This civil war was between parties in the former Russian Empire. The red and white armies were fighting over beliefs on how to run the country. Such as socialism, monarchism, capitalism but all with democratic and non democratic views. -
