Wright Flyer
It was the first motor flying machine built by the Wright brothers. The Wright Flyer was based on the experiences obtained in tests with gliders 1900 and 1902. The Wright brothers armed the plane in 1903 using the fir trees of the area as building material. They couldn't find a suitable motor for, so the Wright brothers asked their employee Charles E. Taylor to build a new design. -

The Heinkel He 178 was the first jet in the world. It as an experimental design of the german firm Heinkel. The jet flew two years earlier than the british E.28/39, and it started a new stage on the development of planes. -
Heinkel He 280
Heinkel He 280 was the world's first jet fighter, the first project of its kind to culminate in an aircraft that was more than just an experimental plane. Developed during the course of World War II, it was inspired by Ernst Heinkel's emphasis on research into high-speed flight and built on Heinkel's experience with the He 178 jet prototype. Nine devices were built but never entered operational service.
